Q + A

What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP per the included form in your invitation by 01/03/2024.

Can I bring a guest? Are children invited?

We kindly ask that only individuals listed on your invitation attend the reception. Please note that the reception is intended for adults, making it an ideal opportunity for a delightful date night.

Where should we fly into?

You have a few options, depending on your preferences. Visit "Travel & Accommodations" for more details.

Where should we stay?

To stay in one of our room blocks, please visit the "Travel & Accommodations" page of our website. Additionally, there are plenty of options -- both higher and lower end -- all throughout the city.

Will we need a rental car?

If your intention is to visit Sarasota for the weekend and/ or you are staying in Downtown Sarasota, a rental car will likely not be needed. Ubers are plentiful, and the downtown area is quite walkable. If you are interested in booking a car service from whatever airport you fly into, visit "Travel & Accommodations" for suggestions.

What is the attire for the occasion?

We ask that our guests dress formal for the occasion. Dress up -- have fun!

Will the reception be held indoors or outdoors?

The entire evening will be hosted outdoors, however, dinner and dancing will occur underneath a tent. Typically Florida weather during early February averages a high of 74°F and a low of 55°F.

Will there be transportation to/ from the venue?

Yes! If you are staying in downtown Sarasota, there will be trolleys making stops to pick up guests and transport them to The John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art. Likewise, the same trolleys will be available for your return to your hotel.

I have dietary restrictions/ allergies. What is the best way to let you know?

Please reach out to the bride or groom directly so we can be sure to accommodate.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes! There is plenty of parking for all guests just a stone's throw away from the festivities.
